What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair & fabricate heavy equipment.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Perform welding using SMAW, FCAW & GMAW
Maintain safety standards and support team success

What You Bring

2nd Yr, 3rd Yr, or Journeyman Welder status
CWB certification (SMAW/FCAW)
Strong layout, fitting, and repair skills
Positive attitude and team spirit

Compensation:

- - $25-$38 Per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Press Brake / Plasma Table Operator

Operators perform first-piece inspections, monitor equipment performance, and conduct routine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Press Brake Responsibilities

A press brake operator handles heavy machinery used to bend, distort, punch, and cut metal. They are skilled in reading blueprints and technical drawings to ensure parts meet exact dimensions, weight, and quality standards.

Plasma Table Responsibilities

The CNC plasma table operator is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC plasma cutting equipment to cut metal sheets or plates into specific shapes and sizes. This includes loading designs using software like AutoCAD, calculating dimensions and tolerances, and selecting appropriate materials and consumables for each job.

Skills and Qualifications

Practical mechanical or engineering experience
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficiency with CNC machinery and metal fabrication tools
Attention to detail and precision in production
Physical stamina for handling heavy materials and standing for long periods
